PWC Property Works was founded in 2014 by director Paul Wicks.
After finishing his Carpentry trade in 2004, Paul started a carpentry business PW Carpentry. During this time he undertook many different sub-contract jobs and direct contract jobs for clients.
In 2009, Paul took on a position as a Site Manager for a local construction company. This role taught him a lot about how to manage projects and trades as well as how to build relationships with his clients. The experiences in which Paul undertook during this time allowed him to build his own business and to put these life skills in to action. He was also able to extend his education by obtaining his Cert. IV in Building & Construction.
While developing the new company Paul undertook many jobs for clients and soon realised this market needed a change.
In 2014, Paul began trading as PWC Property Works and as his motto suggests he wants to “Make Your Property Work”.
To make a property work for you effectively it must save you time, money and effort. This is what PWC Property Works aims to do. PWC Property Works aims to take a fresh approach on all their jobs to deliver results that will not only be to the highest standard but save you money, time and stress.
